We’re inviting wedding vendors to help engaged couples turn their ideas into plans—and discover the professionals who can bring their celebration to life.

October 21, 2026 — 5:30–8:00 p.m. — Silverthorn Country Club | Brooksville, FL

From photographers and florists to DJs, planners, bridal boutiques, beauty professionals, and more—we’re looking for businesses that make wedding days unforgettable.

Showcase your work in person.
Start conversations with couples planning their weddings.
Introduce your services and invite consultation bookings.
Connect with fellow wedding professionals.

Adding to the excitement: a Grand Prize free wedding giveaway from Silverthorn Country Club! Vendors will have a 8×8 Booth with a Table Provided with Electricity available for those requesting it. Setup will be available thru a separate loading entrance at the side of the ballroom. Also, vendors are asked to include a tangible giveaway as part of a smaller raffle before the GRAND PRIZE. Coupons and Discounts don’t count tho. We are talking about gifts they can use immediately after the show. Some ideas would be: $50 Gift Card, Gas Gift Card, a DJ might give away a small rechargeable speaker, a photographer might do a small canvas print, etc. Fiance’s/Couples/Brides will be invited to register early for their chance to win while exploring wedding inspiration and participating vendors.

Local marketing efforts will include weekly distribution of yard signs around the Spring Hill/ Brooksville area, social media posts, TV ads with local business and restaurants via Local Ad Loop.

In an effort to maintain a more intimate show for interested clients, we are limiting this show to 1 Vendor Per Category with a Vendor fee of only $100.
